Postage cost will vary by the total order amount, weight and selected method of delivery. Smashing Frog provides service by Australia Post, Sendle and Fastway Couriers for all domestic postage. For international orders, we use Australia Post or other reputed logistics vendors depending on the shipping location.

Standard Domestic and New Zealand Postage*
Our standard time for dispatch is 5 working days.
For cost-effective and comfortable shopping experience we have kept a standard shipping policy for our customers in Australia and New Zealand. Our shipping cost structure is set out below:

Standard deliveries will be delivered within 5 Working Days for Eastern States & 7-10 Working days for regional cities and the Western States. The actual Shipping time may vary by a couple of days depending on service provided by the Courier Companies.

Express Domestic Postage
For customers who would like to get the items express posted (1-3 business day delivery), please refer to our Express Shipping cost structure as set-out below:

International Postage
For orders placed from outside Australia (except New Zealand), international freight charges will apply. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Smashing Frog will not be responsible for any such charges. Please check with your local courier company for any details on import. Customs restrictions may also apply.

Risk of Loss
Smashing Frog takes all risk until the package is delivered to you through one of our trusted shippers. If it gets "lost in the mail" we will replace the product

Some products in Smashing Frog Online Shop may sell out at the time of ordering. If so we will inform you ASAP by e-mail with further options. We try our best to keep our site updated but with 1000s of products in our range this can prove to be logistically challenging. Some items though sold out may yet be available from our suppliers in which case we will do our best to obtain the item for you.
